We have recently booked this party hall for our baby shower...

We have recently booked this party hall for our baby shower function and faced lots of management issues. Management was denying to give small small default facilities till the time of the function such as sound system, clean washrooms, different color curtain in the decor etc, highlighting the reason as we have recently took over the hall so we don't have budget now etc. No coordination in the management as one spoc person said Tandoor is allowed to put whereas on the day of the function present spoc denied it and created last min blunder for us. When we went to make the final payment at the endo of the function time they asked us to pay the royalty fees which were never communicated in any of our early meetings. The manner less lady owner who has no insight of our issues and never involved in any meetings was trying to give us lecture on manners and ethics. Initially the management was great as we hosted our 2 prior functions there but now the recent management is a disaster so not recommending it at all. Overall disgusting management and pathetic service.

It was such a bad experience. They literally ruined our big day. At first there 2 AC's were not working. Due to which it created such a chaos and we were sweating all time during our occasion. It was so difficult to enjoy while being in such condition. Plus water was not there in washrooms. Guest were so irritated as they were not able to use washrooms...not even to wash hands. Plus NXT day there changing room AC stopped working as well. And it took around 4 hrs to repair them. Again that day we had to do changes without AC. Such a ridiculous place to celebrate any occasion. If u want to ruin someone's special day please go for this hall It serves best in that field.
