Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Earth Banquets. They did not clearly disclose the full terms and conditions at the time of booking. A representative named Mansi Gawde collected ₹59,000 (including 18% GST) from us without informing us that the amount was non-refundable. When we later questioned this, we were told that if another booking happened for the same date (19 April 2026, from 5 PM onwards), the amount would be refunded. Acting in good faith, we patiently waited and followed up. However, when we asked for an update today, we were told that there was no booking for that date, but we could instead reschedule our booking. When we requested to see the official refund policy, they refused to share it. Shockingly, we were even told that we are free to write one-star reviews, post on social media or file a police complaint against Earth Banquets. This kind of behavior is extremely concerning and reflects a lack of transparency and professionalism. Customers deserve clear communication about payment terms and refund policies before any money is collected. Based on our experience, I would advise others to be extremely cautious and ensure that all terms and policies are clearly documented before making any payment.
