The experience was not even worth giving one star Sudiksha living and Sunil was such a shameless person to dealt with. Agreement stated that you will get ur refund within 15 days, but you won't get it even after 2-3 months. Moreover, he used to deduct some money in the name of repairs & maintenance which shall never happened. Do not chose Sunil & Sudiksha living as your broker.

This experience was not even worth 1 star. The agreement says that the security deposit will be refunded in a month, but that is not the case. Sunil always says he will refund it "today" and then never does it. He never picks up the call or respond to the messages. As of today ( 24 oct 2025 ) , he said he will refund it today by 5 pm , but the same story repeated again, no call or message responses. During Ganesh Chaturthi, there was no maid for 15 days and the house was complete mess . On asking him about it , he always said " Aaj aa jaegi/ kal aa jaegi" , but that was a lie again . I also caught typhoid because of the poor water quality and other hygiene issues. All you need to know is he is just here to steal money , so DO NOT CHOOSE THIS BROKER !!!
