Security is active 24/7, and cleanliness is regularly maintained. The office spaces are well-structured with proper ventilation and lift facilities. A great place for corporate offices and startups!

The society looks good .. flats are spacious but management of society is extremely poor. The products used to build the flat is low quality hence you start seeing issues after a while. The mechanical parking keeps going wrong every other day and there is no one to complain. Currently there is no society formed. Romell has appointed a manager who himself is of no use. If you want to escalate any issue there is no point to it. The flat might look good to you but if you looking for ownership then please note that society staff is extremely useless and also the products used to build this. Swimming pool is not maintained regularly. Only filled with chlorine. No proper cleaning is done

We have now, finally taken possession of my flat in Aether. We are extremely happy with our purchase that made entire atmosphere positive, affirmative, progressive and encouraging. Aether is a well-designed Premier Project located nearer to School, colleges, hospitals, restaurants, malls, Goregaon Railway Station, upcoming Metro etc.. Aether has a good ventilation and good sunlight. We have recently purchased a 3bhk flat in Romell Ather & the crown goes to head of Sales - Nazia Sheikh. Having read a poor review of Nazia's sales pitch, I was skeptical & treaded very carefully. However, Nazia gave us exactly what she had promised. She moved with lightening speed and concluded the deal (signed, sealed & delivered) within 2 days.Her integrity & efficiency is remarkable.We are happy with our purchase. East West connectivity is excellent. The whole atmosphere is positive and calm. As one enters the premises, one gets a feeling of positivity. Floor planning is beyond par. Amenities are excellent. The complex is just a 10 min walk away from Goregaon station and in a very peaceful locality. It has a temple and a ground right next to it. The management set up by the builder is very courteous and helpful. The team helped us throught the process of purchasing our flat there and ensured it was a smooth and easy process for us. The overall build quality is very good and the flats are very spacious. They provide great views and into the areas nearby. There are a lot of amenities such as the gym and the swimming pool with an instructor available throught the day. There's also a library, play area for kids, landscape garden, amphitheatre, jogging track, cafeteria, conference room and a multi-sport turf. The lobby is well maintained as well. There's quite a few schools and malls nearby and the western express highway and the flyover connecting Goregaon East with West is over 600 meters away from the complex. Overall, this is a great place, if you're looking to buy a new flat in the suburbs.
