Terrible experience. Not at all bachelor-friendly. Stayed there for like 9 months and people weren't cooperative at all. First of all your owner, then residents, and most importantly the guards at the A-block gate. Ideally, they have only one duty - maintaining the security of the building. In real, they do everything but this. You'll literally find them sleeping at 11PM let alone midnight or 3 AM. Don't even mind their own business. If you call your friends at your flat, these people would have audacity to ask you at the gate if you have permission for the same..like really? Now, I have to take permission to call my friends at my flat. When society have some function - be it Holi Garba or new year, loud music plays for hours, when there is some construction work at neighbour's house, your sleep suffers for days, but the moment you play a bit loud music or talk loudly in your own hall, everyone goes reckless! No warning, direct complaint. I repeat, dear bachelors, please have other options. Only good thing here is the presence of all the utilities nearby. I have friends staying at Riddhi gardens and even other velentine buildings like B3 & B5, no one has complaints like this. But A2 is just .....
