Would’ve given a lower score if I could. Do not trust this service, there is no reliability or compassion. 1. Their nurses aren’t trained adequately and that added to an already critical patient into a very dangerous zone. 2. Their agency itself cannot supply nurses on time and keep changing the staff last minute. I was stranded without nurses last minute at night and they were of no help.

Our experience with the Ghatkopar franchise has been extremely pathetic, frightening, and deeply distressing. The commitments made before onboarding were completely misrepresented once the service began. We were promised continuous supervision, qualified nurse support, and doctor oversight. However, the most alarming issue was that fake vitals were recorded and reported by their nurse, which directly endangered the patient’s safety and violated basic medical ethics. When we consulted external doctors in the patient’s best interest, the franchise withdrew supervision entirely, which is unacceptable and irresponsible. This clearly exposed a serious internal communication and accountability failure between the nurse, supervisor, and leadership. Instead of addressing these life-threatening concerns, we were met with disrespectful and insensitive behaviour from the supervisor and leadership team, showing zero empathy toward a family already under extreme emotional stress. The harassment and mental trauma caused due to their mismanagement is something no family should have to endure. Given the false medical reporting, lack of supervision, and unprofessional conduct, this franchise cannot be trusted with patient care. We strongly warn others to exercise extreme caution before engaging their services.
