On Sunday, 15.09.2026, around 7:40 PM, my friend and I visited Namaskar Dhaba near Dahisar Highway. We ordered Crispy Cheese, and after about 15 minutes the waiter served the food, but it was completely cold. We informed the waiter, and he checked the dish but told us that this item is always served cold. We requested to speak with the supervisor. A staff member wearing a waistcoat came to our table, took the dish, and said they would make it hot. However, when the food came back after 10 minutes, it was still cold and tasted very bad, so we did not eat it. We also noticed very poor service. The staff were busy watching the India–Pakistan match instead of attending guests properly. We were three people at the table, but only one person was served drinks. The waiter seemed confused and was attending different tables without proper service. When we asked to speak with the manager, we were told no manager was available. The staff member spoke rudely and did not accept the mistake or apologize. Overall, our experience was very disappointing. I request you to please train your staff on proper guest service, communication, and standard operating procedures. Guests should be treated with respect and food quality should be maintained.
