We recently visited this place again after a disappointing experience during our last visit. To our pleasant surprise, this time the experience was completely different and truly wonderful. The Manager, Mr. Shetty, along with Mr. Manish, was extremely considerate and attentive. They made sure we were comfortable and personally looked into the service, which we really appreciated. Their hospitality and professional approach made a noticeable difference. We tried the Malai Broccoli, Veg Dewani Handi, and Tandoor Chicken — and every dish was excellent. The recommendations were spot on, the flavors were well-balanced, and everything was perfectly prepared. It’s always good to see a restaurant take feedback seriously and improve. This visit definitely restored our faith in the place, and we look forward to coming back again.

What truly impressed me was how quickly the Imperial Spice Kitchen & Bar team responded and took full accountability. They apologized sincerely and ensured that my next order was taken care of, including a complimentary paratha. The food quality since then has been back to their usual standards— tasty, fresh, and well-prepared.
