Shocking level of negligence and complete disregard for customers by Metropolis Healthcare. I paid a huge amount of ₹21,173 for my tests and received all reports including CBC and Vitamin D. However, these tests are missing from the invoice, which shows an incorrect lower amount. This has now put my reimbursement at risk. I have called multiple times and sent repeated emails. Every time I am told I will receive a callback, and no one calls back. Emails are completely ignored. There is zero accountability. Charging such a high amount and then treating customers like this is unacceptable. This is basic billing correction, not a favor. I have been a regular customer and used their annual services, but after this experience I will stop using them completely and will strongly advise my family and friends to do the same. If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this matter formally. Highly unprofessional and irresponsible service.
