I am writing this to express my deep disappointment regarding the treatment I received from your front desk receptionist, Pallavi Shinde. While your facility maintains an impressive GBR rating and clearly operates with technical excellence, the front-end customer service is unfortunately failing to meet those same standards. I called to seek basic support and information, only to be met with a dismissive and incredibly rude attitude from Pallavi. A business is often judged by its "first point of contact." When a representative lacks basic courtesy or a helpful demeanor, it reflects poorly on how the company values its clients. It is disheartening to see a high-performing lab’s reputation compromised by such unprofessionalism. I truly hope management addresses this. Technical expertise can only take a company so far; if the communication is this poor, it will inevitably hinder your growth and drive loyal clients elsewhere.
