PRIYANKA CHOPRA

Priyanka Chopra Jonas, born on 18 July 1982 in Jamshedpur, is India's biggest global entertainment star. She won the Miss World crown in 2000 at just 17, launching a Bollywood career that spanned two decades before she conquered Hollywood with ABC's Quantico.

Her American television debut in Quantico made her the first South Asian to lead an American network drama series. She has appeared in several Hollywood films, produced Indian content, launched a haircare brand and an Indian restaurant chain in New York.

She married American pop star Nick Jonas in December 2018 and the couple have a daughter, Malti, born via surrogacy in January 2022. Priyanka remains one of the most influential Indian personalities in the world.
