My sister visited this clinic for treatment. The treatment was scheduled according to specific dates, but due to a lack of staff and therapists, they kept changing the schedule as per their convenience. Initially, we adjusted and understood the situation, but later the dates continued to get shifted repeatedly because of staff shortages. There were no proper follow-ups or calls from their side either. In the beginning, they were very sweet and attentive, but once the treatment started, everything seemed to work only according to their convenience, even after we were paying for the services. Another major issue is timing availability. Most working people are busy on weekdays, and this clinic is rarely available after 8 PM for therapies. As far as we are aware, most cosmetic clinics remain open till at least 10 PM for the convenience of working professionals. Moreover, whenever we tried scheduling therapies on Sundays, the response was usually, “Sorry, therapist is not available.” So how are working people supposed to manage their treatments and schedules? Also, one of the staff members (not mentioning the name) is very straightforward and rude while talking. She speaks without thinking and lacks basic professionalism, which was very disappointing. The doctor there is genuinely nice, humble, patience, and treats patients well. However, whenever we raised concerns regarding the staff, she would always take their side. That is understandable to some extent, but at least the staff should be trained on how to behave professionally with patients. Another issue is the lack of consistency in staff. Almost every time we visited, there was a new staff member. When the clinic first started , the experience was very good, but later the quality of service worsened significantly. Heavy recommendation to the clinic: please keep good therapists, maintain professional and trained staff, and improve scheduling management for working people. Very disappointed overall. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
