I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I had called in advance and was clearly informed that consultations were strictly by appointment. Based on that, I booked a 1:30 PM appointment and arrived on time. However, once at the clinic, it became evident that the appointment system was not being respected at all. Despite arriving on time, I was made to wait for over 45 minutes, while walk-in patients—specifically sales representatives—were allowed to go in ahead of scheduled patients. I believe that no matter how skilled a doctor may be, respect for patients’ time is a basic expectation. If appointments are offered, they should be honoured. This experience reflected a lack of professionalism, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this clinic based on how patients are treated.
