Zero stars if possible. The customer service and support provided by the staff completely unacceptable. The staff members were highly unprofessional and refused to assist or provide clear guidance during our emergency. When a patient is already in distress, the least a hospital can offer is a supportive environment. I strongly advise the administration to address this toxic staff behavior.

Had a genuinely wonderful experience at Galaxy Healthcare. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, possibly the most polite staff I've come across at any hospital. Everyone is eager to comfort you and help you. This was my first overnight stay at a hospital and they made sure everything went smoothly and that I was comfortable 24/7. The hospital is extremely clean and well kept.

I recently underwent hernia surgery at Galaxy Healthcare (Borivali East), and my experience was good. The doctor explained everything clearly before the surgery, which made me feel comfortable. The procedure was done laparoscopically and went smoothly. My recovery has been going well so far. The staff, especially the nursing team, was supportive and took good care of me. Overall, a positive experience.

I honestly do not understand how this hospital maintains a 4.5-star rating. In my experience, it does not deserve even one star. A few years ago, a friend with breathing issues was admitted here. Within two days, her condition worsened to the point that we had to urgently shift her to another hospital. Had we waited longer, the outcome could have been devastating. Recently, a 16 year old was admitted for severe vomiting. We believed it was a simple case of food poisoning or overeating. However, within one day, the hospital ran every possible test, CT scan, X-ray, sonography, blood tests and diagnosed a mild lung infection. Doubting this, we sought second and third opinions after discharge. Not a single doctor confirmed the lung infection diagnosis. These repeated experiences raise serious concerns about unnecessary testing and questionable diagnoses. I would strongly recommend seeking a second opinion before agreeing to extensive investigations here.
