I can't say enough wonderful things about my recent experience at Lotus superspeciality Hospital Borivali west . From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely cared for — every nurse, doctor, and team member I encountered was not only professional but truly kind and attentive. Their bedside manner put me at ease during what could have been a very stressful time. The facilities were spotless throughout my stay, which gave me real confidence in the level of care I was receiving. Wait times were also much better than I expected — I never felt forgotten or left in the dark. Pain management was handled thoughtfully and compassionately. The team listened to my concerns and made sure I was as comfortable as possible every step of the way. When it came time to be discharged, the process was smooth and thorough. Everything was clearly explained — follow-up care, medications, what to watch for — so I left feeling confident and well-prepared, not rushed. Even cleaning staff was good however Small minor feedback to increase cleaning frequency of washroom .. I'm so grateful to the entire team for the exceptional care they provided. I hope I don't need to return anytime soon, but if I do, I know I'll be in great hands. Highly recommend!

We recently had a surgical procedure done for my father at Lotus Superspeciality Hospital, and the entire experience was excellent. Dr. Anniruddha Gokhale performed the surgery smoothly and professionally. Special thanks to Dr. Abhijeet Ajane for maintaining such a well-managed and patient-friendly hospital environment. The staff was extremely polite, patient, and helpful. They explained everything clearly and supported us at every step. Admission, discharge, and the TPA/mediclaim process were all handled very smoothly. The food quality was also good. Overall, a very positive and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended.
