Update on my last stay: I had a very bad experience. I have been visiting this place for many years, and it has helped me by providing an affordable place to stay, for which I was always grateful. I adjusted to the conditions without any complaints. However, during my last visit, I had an argument with a staff member, and unfortunately, the owner took the staff’s side. Everyone knows that this particular staff member (the Marwadi guy) is often rude to customers, yet the owner didn’t seem to care about the customer’s experience in this case. I have never created any issues in the past. Many guests drink and cause disturbances, but regulars like me adjust and stay peacefully. I’ve seen others create much bigger problems, yet the owner allowed them to continue staying. In my case, despite being a regular and peaceful guest, when the issue involved that rude staff member, I was treated unfairly. A message to the owner: Please remember — a business runs because of its customers. If the staff is rude and arrogant, it creates a negative environment, and people won’t want to visit again. Still, I acknowledge that the owner is a good and helpful person. I hope you take this review seriously. Thank you.
