Dishonest and Unprofessional PG Owner – Not Recommended at All! I had a very disappointing experience with this PG. I had paid ₹1000 in advance to confirm my booking, but the owner completely refused to refund the amount after I decided not to move in. Before payment, they were very polite and responsive, but once the money was received, their attitude completely changed. Despite multiple follow-ups and polite requests, the owner kept making excuses and finally stopped responding to my messages and calls. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and honesty. ₹1000 may not be a big amount for some, but it clearly reflects how they treat tenants and handle commitments. If you are looking for a genuine and transparent PG, I strongly advise you to avoid this place. Always ask for written confirmation or receipts before paying any advance here — otherwise, you might end up being cheated like me. Highly disappointed with such unethical behavior. I hope others don’t face the same issue.

I had a very unpleasant experience during my 2-month stay here for my summer internship. The room was extremely dirty, and the entire place was infested with cockroaches — including inside the cupboards. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority. The owner is not honest and seems to be only interested in extracting money. He follows his own set of rules, often unreasonable, and without any prior notice. A standard practice appears to be cutting ₹2000 or more from your security deposit without valid explanation. Overall, staying here felt like a nightmare. It was stressful, unhygienic, and completely opposite of what a PG should be. I strongly advise others not to stay here, especially if you value your peace of mind, money, and basic hygiene.
