I ordered from Zomato and deleted the App b'coz i complained to them but since 33 minutes the chat says have patience and finally they stopped chatting all of a sudden. They couldn't help me after paying Rs.1,800 worth food on their App. I got stale food with less quantity.

We'd ordered in through Zomato. The pork spare ribs were okay. The meaty parts were a little chewey. The prawns in chilli oil and spring onion were fresh and good to taste. The buff was good. The egg fried rice was good as well and the noodles with chicken surpassed expectations. Overall experience was good. A 3.5 on 5 for me

Visited House of Mandarin, Bandra for lunch and had a pleasant experience overall, mainly because of the lovely seating arrangement and the extremely courteous staff. The ambiance truly sets the right tone. However, the food didn’t match the expectations we had from the place. What we tried: Crispy Lamb Mandarin Style: The flavours were nice and it did have a good crisp, but it turned out quite oily and a bit salty. Additionally, the lamb itself was hard to distinguish while chewing. Crispy Prawn Cheung Fun: This was the highlight of our meal. The prawns were extremely fresh, and the dish had a perfectly balanced taste. Definitely recommended. Mandarin Fried Rice in Lotus Leaf (Chicken): Expected this to be a standout, but it was fairly average and didn’t have the depth of flavour we anticipated. Chicken Manchurian Gravy: Unfortunately, this was too salty, making it difficult to pair with the fried rice. Overall, it’s still a decent spot for lunch thanks to the ambience and service, but the dishes could use some refinement to match the vibe and expectations.

It is an authentic Chinese restaurant and located nicely on the roadside. It might be difficult to find parking though, although it's worth it coz the food is tasty and to liking. The outdoor and indoor seating are both good and so is everything else. Just cut one star for the pricing which should b bit lower.
