Really poor experience. I came in for a haircut and beard trim, and the barber seemed highly inexperienced, really slow, confused, and lacking confidence in what he was doing. Even basic feedback had to be repeated multiple times, and it felt like he had no clear idea of the cut. To top it off, he cut my neck while shaving my beard, leaving me visibly bleeding. For nearly 3,000 rs this level of service is simply unacceptable. Seriously, get it together.

Phenomenal experience! Well i was on my layover in mumbai and my experience started as soon as i arrived at the salon. I have travelled the world and not came across such hospitality and warmth that was extended to me by the Shaista and her team . Of course the haircut and other services were top notch.Even the products are of extremely high quality and worth their price . Would definitely recommend anyone looking for premium selfcare.
