The couples spa treatment is an experience to die for. You are welcomed with a smile and from there on it's all professional and very relaxing and well organized. After the spa treatment Rb took care of my haircut with the same passion and professionalism as you will be used to from when you step foot in Florian Hurell. This was our 2nd visit, and will most definitely not be our last. Thank you for a(nother) wonderful experience.

Florian Couture Spa has genuinely become one of my favorite places to be. I visit every week for my hair spa, and it has become a ritual I look forward to without fail. The entire experience feels thoughtfully curated.. also SO AESTHETICALLY MADE! Their products deserve a special mention. I absolutely love the Day to Day Care range, and the Rebuild and Longevity masks have completely transformed the quality of my hair. The difference in the texture, strength, and overall health of my hair has been remarkable. I initially came in trying their Korean hair spa and it was brilliant! For haircuts, Santosh is simply the best. He understands exactly what works and always delivers beautifully. Ive taken bunch of people to him and they’ve all been happy! I’ve also always been warmly welcomed by Shrutika at the front desk, who makes every visit seamless and pleasant and is super knowledgeable too, about every routine I must get etc... A big shoutout as well to Waseem, Farha, Azhar, and Zu for their wonderful service and attention to detail. The team is consistently professional, caring, and genuinely invested in making every visit a great experience. They also run some fantastic offers, which I’ve happily availed of over time. This place always leaves me feeling happier than when I walk in. Highly recommend.

If Google allowed more than 5 stars, I’d give that! To my star Robin, thank you for over exceeding my expectations! I went in with a few challenges with my hair having recently removed my extensions and super tensed hair. On top of that… I dyed it dark out of frustration. Some would say a very irreversible act. But Robin did SO much to salvage every strand and by the time I left the salon, I felt like a new person all together. All the staff from the moment you enter this very aesthetically pleasing environment to the exit, are super kind and provide impeccable service. Amazing products that don’t tarnish your hair and oh the massaging hair wash stations! I also got a manicure. Apey did a great job!! Ps - awesome coffee! Well done team! Definitely seeing you every time I come back to Mumbai. I am all hearts for your hospitality!!!

Had a wonderful experience at Florian Hurel Hair Couture & Spa this Women’s Day. The team created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere and truly made the day feel special with their care and attention to detail. A special mention to Shrutika, who guided us throughout the experience with such kindness and a constant smile. Her warmth, patience, and helpfulness made the visit even more enjoyable. the live violin payer made the day soothing and the experience unforgettable. This is the first time i had visited this spa as it was a spa birthday known as Sparty (Spa+ Party). Loved the ambience and hospitality of the staff. I had an appointment for a 90 minute Balinese Spa treatment. It was wonderful and special mention for the treatment specialist Ashon. Their facilities were clean with ambient lighting and music. After the treatment i was entertained to food (AKS catering) and music by violinist Sam from North East India. We were given parting gifts too. Everything was organized by Shrutika and her colleagues at Florian for this special occasion. I would recommend this Spa for any treatment as i was highly impressed with their service.
