Working with the WEY Foundation was a truly meaningful and enriching experience for me. Under the guidance of Shirin ma’am, we had the opportunity to participate in several impactful activities such as beach cleanups, community surveys, and school engagement programs. These activities helped us understand the importance of social responsibility and environmental awareness in a very practical way. The experience was not limited to just volunteering, it allowed us to gain real insights into the challenges that many communities face in their daily lives. Through fieldwork and direct interaction with people, we were able to develop a deeper sense of empathy, awareness, and responsibility towards society. The environment within the organization was extremely supportive and encouraging. The guidance helped us work effectively as a team, improve our communication skills, and learn how to approach social issues with a practical and responsible mindset. Overall, this experience helped me grow both personally and socially. I am very grateful for the opportunity to work with WEY Foundation, and I would highly recommend this NGO to any student who is looking to gain meaningful field exposure and contribute positively to society.
