Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the receptionist, Karam. His tone was rude and unprofessional while speaking. Even after I completed the payment through Swiggy Dineout with an applicable discount, he refused to acknowledge that the payment had been received, which caused unnecessary confusion and discomfort. This kind of behavior seriously affects the overall customer experience. I hope the management addresses this issue and trains staff to handle guests more respectfully and transparently. Another staff named Rohan has always keen so kind and polite.
