Dissatisfied!!! I’ve been constantly chasing Add and your Nad al Hamar branch for the past 9 days to arrange collection of the 32-inch travel crate that was recommended by your team specifically and clearly which was unsuitable for my dogs or two big as suggested. I placed an order online and chased multiple times your team to collect the item and refund my monies. Clearly all they cared about what it being sold. It’s quite disappointing that while taking payment was immediate, the after-sales service has been extremely poor. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no action, no collection, and no refund initiated. Completely ignoring a customer after a sale is unacceptable. I have clearly communicated that I was traveling soon, yet there has been zero urgency or accountability from your teams side. This kind of service reflects very poorly on your business. If this is not resolved immediately either by arranging pickup or processing my refund will have no option but to escalate this matter and share my experience publicly and across all platforms to ensure you are exposed.
