I brought my 13-year-old dog to Mr. Paws for a bath and haircut, and I was thoroughly impressed with the team! They handled her with such care, and she looked absolutely lovely afterward. I would highly recommend Mr. Paws to anyone looking for a great grooming service!

Have brought my cats multiple times in the past for getting their nails clipped. While I found it priced a little high, it is a convenient place to go to. When I went there today, the place was empty, however, the receptionist asked if I had an appointment. I told her I didn't and would that be an issue? Meanwhile I had put my cat inside and the staff was taking her out to do the nails. All normal. Amazingly, the receptionist asked them to not cut the nails till I filled in the registration form. It's not the issue of filling in any form but the principle behind it and the attitude. Would there have been a catastrophe if they started the process while I did the required paper work. And for what? getting the nails clipped? I left without getting anything done. Disappointed with the attitude. I even asked to speak with the owner to give feedback, but they wouldn't give the number.
