We recently got a complete bespoke U-shaped sofa designed, developed, and delivered by Furniturewalla (FW) Worli, Mumbai to our home in Pune – and I must share that this was one of the rarest pleasant experiences I’ve had in this industry. A big thank you to the entire FW team, and especially: Mr. Vijay (Sales): The first person we met at the showroom – he built trust right from day one, guided us with honest and humble advice, and coordinated everything seamlessly till installation. Mr. Khalid: The true architect of our sofa – he patiently understood our needs, empathized with our lifestyle, and incorporated every detail into the design with precision. Mr. Surendra & Mr. Imran: Surendra ensured smooth handling of design and delivery, while Imran travelled all the way from Mumbai to personally install the sofa. One massive section had to be carried up 20 floors as it couldn’t fit in the lift – and they got it done without a fuss! What stood out most was the professionalism and human touch. I still remember FW calling us one late evening to confirm if we’d like to finalize the design. It was already 8 PM (their closing time), yet they encouraged us to visit, patiently waited till 11 PM, and helped us finalize every detail – from the layout to the fabric. The result: a stunning U-shaped sofa that’s now the heart of our home. Truly grateful for this unforgettable experience with FW Mumbai.
