Very disappointing experience. The Mcdonalds shows as open on Google and lists its opening time as 9:00 AM, but when I visited during those hours, it was still closed. If the timings have changed, they should be updated online to avoid wasting customers’ time and effort. Please ensure accurate information is displayed.

I am a very regular at McDonalds Atria Mall Worli. Over the period, their service is deteriorating day by day. First of of their Touch Screen kiosk near entrance don't work. It has touch screen problem. Then comes payment on any of kiosk. The system don't accept your payment. You have to pay at the counter. Then Why these kiosk are there? Yesterday even at counter, their online payment was out of order. Hence they were accepting only Cash. Now Service. Very much delayed. One has to go to counter to remind them again & again. Food quality has also deteriorated over the period of time. Their Cokes are never chilled. There is a problem with their freezer. Last month, there was a problem with cooking items like Burger n all. Hence these items were unavailable for almost 10 days. Then there was a problem with refrigeration. Hence Ice Creams were not available. McDonalds Management, please take this review seriously.
