Watch out for Mohamad Zaid over here. He is dishonest, and will lie to customers faces to avoid fixing the car to increase billing. Not customer focused at all. Note before reading this review- we have bought 4 BMWs and are known to them as a returning customer and yet Zaid treated us disrespectfully and with lies and dishonesty. Zaid is an embarrassment to the BMW brand and should go work in a mechanic shop because that is the quality of his behavior. My shock absorber was damaged and making a weird noise and car pulling to one side. He instead there is nothing wrong. After much argument. It turned out that it was broken and needed to be completely replaced. After returning my vehicle, it was still pulling. He kept lying saying there’s nothing wrong, only after I left the office and went for a drive personally to show them it was pulling did he agree. Even after taking it back for the 2nd time it continued to pull. He kept saying it’s fine and it’s normal for a car to pull. This is a BMW employee telling a customer a BMW normally pulls to one side. I took the car to another BMW dealer for a service. The car had 2 broken wishbones and arms that protect the shock absorber, Bavaria BMW diagnosed this in 1 hour. Replaced and fixed everything under warranty and sent my car back. Zaid insisted there is nothing wrong with the car and had me driving around with a damaged vehicle. Endangered my safety and didn’t want to do the work because it was covered under warranty and there was no billing.
