Went to do my simple hair wash but these local places can’t do that also in proper manner. Ruined by using wrong type of damaging products and on sharing feedback with owner she backlashes me saying my hair was bad since beginning. I highly recommend to visit branded places over these cheap local places

There was only one staff member.. promising me to wait for...

There was only one staff member.. promising me to wait for 15 mins and made me wait for 1 hour... After asked again she said she will require more than half hour... Worst Customer Service. Worst experience

While the staff is friendly and my eyebrows were perfectly done, they ruined my hair. I had gone in for a trim and they reduced my waist length hair to almost shoulder length. 5-6 inches of cutting is not trimming. She cut the hair shorter from one end and while trying to fix that on the other side, she cut it even shorter. In the process of aligning both the sides she went on trimming till my hair was half its length. Destroyed my year long effort of growing it so long. Disappointed!
