Ordered a Black Forest cake from Julien Patisserie, but unfortunately the cake was carelessly handled during delivery and arrived damaged. Even after escalating with zomato.com , we didn’t get much support. What truly impressed us was how Julien Patisserie handled the situation. They replaced the cake promptly and even sent a complimentary cookie, which honestly turned out to be one of the best cookies we’ve ever had. Amazing cakes, amazing service, and definitely our go-to place for premium cakes from now on. Thank you for making my dad's birthday special!
