Very disappointing experience at Brij Albela, Wadala West. The prices are already too high for items like dahi bada and ice cream, but on top of that they even charged an extra ₹6 for a carry bag separately with the food order. Nowadays many places provide basic packaging with snacks and food items, but here they charge extra for every small thing. The biggest issue was the behaviour of the counter person and staff. Their attitude was rude, arrogant, and full of ego. Instead of treating customers respectfully, they behave like they are doing a favour. Customer service and hospitality were completely missing. Such rude behaviour and unfair extra charges are unacceptable. Strict action and proper checking should be taken against this kind of customer treatment.
