Hi, I have a complaint. I have been going to this supermart for years now and it's been an amazing place throughout. However I did have one bad interaction a few days back. I needed to get a cardboard box for some personal use and I went in to ask if I could buy one of the empty product boxes. The staff were helpful. I found a box and they said ask the cashier if it's possible to buy. I was just about to start talking to the cashier that an (old male) security guard called me over away from the cashier towards the exit (I was away from the exit door, it was he who called me over) I told him I asked the staff and I was going to ask the cashier. He asked me to hand over the empty box and I tell him I was going to show it to the cashier only to ask to buy. He insisted so I gave it to him. Then he says "Give me 10 rs" now let me be very clear. I don't have a problem giving money for the box. It was my plan to do so. But does he think he is the manager that I need to pay HIM money to buy something? I was polite and I explained that I don't have a problem paying as long it's the cashier he raises him voice and takes me over to one staff member who weighs and packs grains and tells him "We sell boxes for 10 rs" as if he's the store manager. He's a damn security guard. And the staff nods along to not make a scene. Again it's not about 10 rs. I come here to buy my groceries and pay 2 to 3 thousand weekly. And I did nothing without asking the nice staff. This was very disappointing and rude behaviour from this guard (especially over 10 rs)
