I’ve been with ushma maam and team since a month and i have already seen encouraging changes. I had a tendency of migraine headaches so- earlier i used to have 5-6 pills which has reduced to 2 a month. Her guidance, personalised approach and constant support have genuinely helped improve my migraine recovery. I am still in the process and excited to see the results by the end of 3 month course, but the progress so far has been very positive. It was a very satisfying and memorable experience. My son achieved his target of massive weight loss in a time span of 18 months and along with that it has completely changed his mindset which will help him for the rest of his life. The best part was she (ushma ben ) made this whole journey joyful by understanding him so well and curating all kind of cuisines that would satisfy his taste buds. At the same time motivated him positively in every visit that he would gladly put in efforts to show up with results each time. She is a very friendly person , understands the pulse of the client and very very result oriented. I would say, we felt she was equally interested in reaching our target as us and the credit entirely goes to her in making this weight loss journey joyful and memorable. It has educated my son regarding the science behind food and the logic of timings to be followed and this will remain with him for life. I wud also like to mention a special thanks to her senior dietician Maushmi who was very very helpful and of course the entire team of Neev nutrition. We will truly remember all of you for ever.
