Had an absolutely amazing day at Looks Salon, Grand Hyatt Santacruz! ✨ From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the beautiful ambience, comfortable equipment, and the warm, personalized experience. The salon truly makes you feel pampered and relaxed. A special mention to Ina and her wonderful team for their exceptional hospitality and professionalism. 💇‍♀️ Hair Highlights, Global Colour & Haircut by Khanna – 10/10 Khanna was fantastic! She understood exactly what my scanty hair needed and suggested the perfect look. I absolutely loved the transformation. The super-comfortable hair wash chair made the experience even more enjoyable. 🦶 Pedicure & De-tan by Imran – 10/10 Imran did a fabulous job. My feet looked visibly brighter after the de-tan treatment, and the foot massage was simply outstanding. The mani-pedi room was cozy, relaxing, and the pedicure chairs were incredibly comfortable. The results exceeded my expectations! ✨ Roll-on Waxing – 10/10 Quick, efficient, and very comfortable. 💅 Nail Extensions with Cat Eye Art – 8/10 I liked the overall outcome and the design looked beautiful. While the finishing could have been a little better, I was happy with how the nails turned out. What truly stood out was the entire team. Everyone, from housekeeping ensuring the salon was spotless to the staff serving refreshments, was courteous, attentive, and excellent at their work. Thank you, Looks Salon, for such a wonderful experience. Looking forward to my next visit!
