It is nice Hall for Wedding purposes full year except 2...
It is nice Hall for Wedding purposes full year except 2 months 10 days. (Muharram, Safar, Rabiul Awwal.) In these months there is commemoration of Azadari of Imam Husain (as). It is Centre of Azadari for Shias of Bombay. 3 Major Processions (Juloos) starts from here, i.e. 10th Muharram & 20th Safar, 8th Rabiul Awwal. It is adjacent to Tomb of Bohra Community in Bohri Mohalla. After Mourning months famous Mehfil, Jashn are also held.

A hall that surely needs renovation keeping in mind there...
A hall that surely needs renovation keeping in mind there isn't enough ventilation in the ground floor hall although the first floor hall is bigger and better ventilated.
