Disappointed, sorry! Decending from 5 🌟 to 2 🌟 This used to be one of our favorite restaurants in Virar, known for its excellent food quality, service, ambiance, and overall facilities. We have visited multiple times for lunch, dinner, family gatherings, and parties, and have always enjoyed our experience here. However, over the past few visits, we have noticed a gradual decline in the overall standards. The food quality and taste have deteriorated, despite a noticeable increase in menu prices. The service is no longer as prompt and attentive as it once was, which affects the overall dining experience. The maintenance of the restaurant also seems to have suffered. During our recent visits, the air conditioning in the Blue Room was not functioning, and coolers were arranged as a temporary alternative. Cleanliness standards appear to have slipped, and the ambiance, including the lighting arrangements, is not maintained as well as before. Another concern is the loud chatting among staff members at the bar station, which can be distracting and impacts the peaceful dining atmosphere that guests expect. I would also like to offer a suggestion regarding the washroom layout in the Blue Room. The current arrangement feels awkward, as the gents' urinals are positioned at the entrance while the enclosed toilet, which may be used by ladies, is located further inside. For better privacy and convenience, the enclosed toilet should ideally be placed first, followed by a partition and then the gents' urinals. Considering the restaurant's reputation and pricing, we expected a much better experience. I hope the management takes this feedback positively and works towards improving the food quality, service, maintenance, and overall guest experience to restore the standards that once made this restaurant a preferred dining destination.
