The food was fine and met basic expectations, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The staff was extremely unwelcoming and lacked warmth or attentiveness, which significantly affected our visit. From the moment we arrived, we did not feel comfortable or valued as guests. Additionally, the ambience did not live up to a fine-dining experience. The atmosphere felt ordinary and failed to create the elegance or comfort one would expect from such a place. Overall, while the food itself was satisfactory, the service and ambience greatly diminished the experience, making it unlikely that we would return or recommend this restaurant.

The experience at the restaurant didn't go well. simple requests were not handled properly; for instance, we asked ice for our drinks and it was brought to us almost 10 minutes later that too after insisting. The mocktail we ordered was just average and lacked freshness or any distinctive flavor and not even chilled enough because of which, we had asked for ice. After placing the order, there was a noticeable delay. Additionally, the ambiance did not live up to the expectations at all, as it felt normal not fine dine experience. Altogether, the combination of inefficient service, unimpressive drinks, and an unappealing setting made the visit unsatisfactory and not something we would be like to repeat.
