worst service..the sales person was unprofessional and don't know how to speak to a customer. The sales person were least interested in showing mobile. Kept 2 models in front of us and that's it. we had to see phone specifications and details online standing in store. We decided to purchase Redmi 9 prime through credit card and the sales person was insisting us to purchase it on cash. After saying him we only have to purchase it on credit card he gave us looks like we are asking the mobile from him for free. Later he was asking us to pay extra 2% as bank credit card charges (for your information @V Connect Mobile & Accessories these charges are to be borne by the merchant as a part of the cost of running the business & for having the convenience of taking payments through a POS.) After such behaviour we left from there without purchasing the mobile.
