The owner and person incharge are really trying their best to provide good and affordable treatment but the staff and management are absolutely uncouth. They lack basic manners and are very arrogant. The work environment is absolutely toxic.. a hospital should be a safe space for people but all they do is talk and gossip the entire day. I hope they improve because this hospital has a lot of scope.

Bad service, bad hospitality, worse customer experience....
Bad service, bad hospitality, worse customer experience. Only go for OTC medicines don't go for anything else. I went to purchase some medicines, but some of them were unavailable. So I asked them to order those for me. They said it would be available by Monday. Since it wasn't available and no one picked up the call I got them from somewhere else. After 2 weeks passed they called me and said the medicines has arrived and to pickup the medicines. I said clearly that I purchased them from somewhere else as there was delay from their end. The representative, instead of apologizing, started shouting and plainly said never to order from them. I'm like why shouldn't I order something, that too medicines on top of it, and not expect a timely response or delivery? Seriously never going there again. Just because you are working at a charitable trust, don't treat patients as if you are doing a favor. You are being paid for what you do. It is shame that PD Charitable trustees made a good hospital building with bad service. Don't believe in other reviews they are fake

I recently visited the PD Medical hospital Charitable Trust for my Mother and Fatherโs cataract operation and was deeply impressed by the care and professionalism of Dr. Abhishek Pandit. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and respected. Dr. Abhishek Pandit took the time to thoroughly examine their eyes, explain the diagnosis in a clear and patient-friendly manner, and answered all my questions with genuine compassion. What truly stood out was the doctorโs dedicationโnot just to me and my parents but to the larger mission of serving the community. Despite being a charitable hospital, the facility was well-organized, and equipped with advanced diagnostic tools. Itโs heartening to see such high-quality care being offered to everyone, regardless of financial background. Dr. Abhishek Pandit is not only an excellent ophthalmologist but also a kind human being who brings hope and healing to many. I am truly grateful for the treatment that my Parents received and highly recommend both the doctor and the hospital to anyone in need of eye care and other medical care.

A Beacon of Hope and Compassionate Care I recently had the opportunity to visit PD hospital in Virar and I was deeply moved by the experience. This hospital is not just a medical facilityโitโs a lifeline for countless people in need. Operated as a charitable trust, their mission to serve the underprivileged with quality healthcare is truly inspiring. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with warmth and respect. The staffโdoctors, nurses, and volunteers alikeโare not only highly skilled but also incredibly compassionate. They treat every patient with dignity, regardless of their financial background. What sets this hospital apart is its unwavering commitment to humanity. Patients who cannot afford treatment are never turned away. Instead, they are given the same quality of care and attention as anyone else. In a world where healthcare is often out of reach for so many, [Hospital Name] is a shining example of what it means to care. I am grateful for the work they do and wholeheartedly support their noble mission. We need more institutions like thisโwhere service comes before profit, and healing comes from both science and the heart. Highly recommended for anyone seeking not just treatment, but also compassion and hope.
