Pathetic Service!!! I had a really disappointing experience...
Pathetic Service!!! I had a really disappointing experience during my visit. The staff came across as rude and unhelpful. The doctor hardly spent a minute with me, just quickly looked at the report and asked me to come later without any proper explanation. What concerned me more was that my report wasn’t normal, but the assistant simply handed it back saying everything was fine, without actually checking or explaining anything. Swati also didn’t review my report and seemed more focused on her phone, which felt very unprofessional.I am paying for a proper consultation, but this felt like a complete waste of both my time and money. I expected at least some basic attention and clarity regarding my health, which I did not receive.
