It hasn't even been 2 months since we started living here...
It hasn't even been 2 months since we started living here and the low quality of material used in hardware such as lifts, washbasin, toilet flush tank, door locks, electrical switches, bathroom tank float valve is already showing up. Builder's contractors literally deny any service for their own installed products and stop picking up calls. Mr. Rahul Patel is one of these employees of the builder. Just a reminder it hasn't even been 2 months, I wonder what's going to happen in a whole year.... There are some other internal issues with the society members themselves. For example, members always double parking (still happening as of February 2026) - members throwing litter in the parking area from above - members misusing the amenities given by the builder. There aren't any fines being placed on these uncivilized individuals. Security is weak, security guards sleep on duty hours at night or aren't at their post by the gate, so sometimes people arrive at your door without intercom call verification. Instead of solving this weak security issue, the committee decided to not allow food delivery agents to go inside the society after 12am, like a bandaid solution, while ignoring the main problem, causing inconvenience to residents who work late night shifts or early morning shifts.

I saw many flats before Yash Platina wil not name those projects the first very appealing thing was view fm gallery both gate side and Jivdani maa sun rise which we lucky C wing members get. Second most is 24*7 kitechen supply and stp in flush. Most precious living room which no other Builder will offer you i bet being 40+ yr of virarker. Amenities which r uncountable n still getting added. Parking seeing area we brought on very first day no one gv us fake promises whn other saying thy got cheated bro seeing compound how thy even thought of open car parking greediness. Perfect for school gvg kids as Rajesh shah expert is our nearest landmark. Just take a round of terrace and u will fall in love of beauty of Yash Platina

Yash Platina is very good residential complex in Virar West area. Proud owner of flat in this property. Very good facilities and cooperative staffs.The project is near completion with excellent amenities.structure was amazing also the rooms was well designed and specious, outside view was good, garden is available for kids and for cricket truff ,Swimming Pool is available, for those who are fitness freak for them Gym is available, people are very friendly and kind, also you can get nearby stores like medical, fruit market vegetables market, general store and etc, hardly 10 minutes distance from virar railway station by vehicle. However, sharing autos are available with good frequency.One of the BEST Residential Complexes in Virar west with the Best amenities, security, parking facilities, playing area n parks n much more.
