Tired of constant issues with the third class quality material was used by the builder in building the houses here. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE. one star I gave is to the hard work of the people who built the building with lower quality of material provided. Kindly do think twice before purchasing house with this builder.

I am glad I got the opportunity to be part this project in Virar. 1. Where people are struggling to get premium location, good VVMC water, good quality breeze amazing view. 2. It’s a new project so we are the people who are going to make best from what is available. Managing committee is new but experienced and always welcomes smart and talented people to be part of it. To make it work smoothly. 3. All the flats owners and people residing are well educated and belong to decent wards. 4. ⁠like all fingers can’t be same, we do have some if’s and but going on which I believe all society have. 5. ⁠still looking forward to good tomorrow will come with all efforts and unity.
