We were ignored for most of our visit, and when we did manage to get someone’s attention, the attitude was dismissive. There’s a total lack of customer service awareness here—parcels are left unattended while staff ignores walk-in customers. Save your money and time for a place that actually values its patrons."

Visited Aagaman Multi Cuisine Restaurant with four friends, and we had a great dining experience overall. We ordered Chicken Koliwada and Paneer Kalimiri for starters, followed by Butter Chicken, Paneer Butter Masala, Butter Naan, and Garlic Butter Naan for the main course. The food was delicious, and every dish was well-prepared and flavorful. The service was excellent, and the staff was attentive throughout our visit. We particularly appreciated that when our naans started getting cold because of the air conditioning, the staff gladly reheated them for us without any hesitation. The ambience and overall vibe of the restaurant were also very pleasant and made for an enjoyable meal. The only minor issue was that we had ordered 3 Butter Naans and 2 Garlic Naans, but were served 2 Butter Naans and 3 Garlic Naans instead. It wasn't a major problem, but it was a small mix-up in the order. Other than that, everything—from the food and service to the ambience—was excellent. Would definitely visit again.
