I recently hired this packers and movers company for shifting my household goods from Thane to Hyderabad through a direct-load container service. Their representative visited my house, assessed the items, and quoted ₹52,000. On the day of packing, a team of highly unprofessional workers arrived. They mishandled several household items during packing and loading. After all my belongings were packed and loaded into what I was told was a container truck that would travel directly to Hyderabad, I asked for the insurance copy in the evening. To my shock, the person in charge sent me an invoice of ₹1,13,000. When I questioned the huge increase, he claimed that the original quote was based on 58 items, whereas the final count was 101 items, which supposedly doubled the charges. If this was the case, they should have informed me before completing the packing and loading process. Instead, the person spoke rudely and aggressively. Since my belongings were already in their possession, I had no option but to pay. I expected my goods to reach Hyderabad within a couple of days as promised. However, the delivery was delayed by two additional days. During this period, my calls and messages were largely ignored, causing significant inconvenience to my family and me. When the truck finally arrived at my society in Hyderabad, I was asked to pay an additional ₹5,400 for loading and unloading charges. Again, I had no choice but to pay. The worst part was discovering the condition of my belongings. Several crockery items were broken, my sofa was damaged, and multiple items were missing. To make matters worse, the vehicle that arrived for delivery was an open truck, whereas I had specifically paid for a container truck service. This was an extremely disappointing and stressful experience. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. The service was unprofessional, misleading, and completely failed to deliver what was promised.

This has been one of the most terrifying experiences for us. First of all, they did Pathetic packaging of our stuff. The staff Packed in a very bad way and then struggled during unloading. The staff always wanted tips and even stopped working demanding more money. They don't have a single provider but actually partner with multiple logistics guys, each of whom harassed us individually. On top of that , the workers stole some of our plants Stuff got broken in the packed stuff with zero accountability. We paid for insurance also but they just went absconding to even claim. Their customer service is one of the most pathetic I have experience in past 25 years of my work life. Avoid this packers and movers at any cost. The one who sold the deal agreed to everything and then suddenly denied anything. Later on, he also became extremely rude with my wife. No empathy for women, kids or senior citizens. Everything was outsourced and everyone wanted to directly get their cut. One of the most harrowing experiences for us. Avoid them pls

I had a great experience with Matrix Movers and Packers. Their service was timely, and they handled all my belongings with great care. The staff was professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the moving process. Everything was transported, and delivered safely. Very bad service, experienced by us during our shifting from Thane to Vadodara in end April....Though seen in person all goods by their representative, they charged double money from us post loading in truck and threatened us saying "Saman Godown per utaar deta hu" if extra payment not done. Beside that, our TV not received at delivery location and many goods received in damaged condition !! Even insurance money not given to us....With such a bad experience, I will not recommend Matrix Packers and Movers to anybody and suggest the team/ Owner to improve their behaviour with Customers...
