I’m quite disappointed with my recent experience here. I purchased a mobile cover from the staff at the outer counter, but within just one day, it proved to be substandard and unusable. When I returned on 29 March 2026 to seek a solution, the shopkeeper was very dismissive and refused to help, which made the interaction very stressful. I truly appreciate Mr. Bharmal’s timely intervention and his support in resolving the matter fairly. While the owner is very reasonable and professional, the lack of support from the counter staff makes it difficult for me to recommend this shop. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
Do not purchase covers and mobile accessories from this store The sales people are pathetic; they said the demanded product is not in stock later gave the same to the next customer coming in. They talk rudely and do not respect their customers I would not recommend this place for purchase of mobile accessories
