This is my 3rd time bad experience, No trained staff are available in this lab, once report are ready and you come here to recieve them, they make you wait for min half an hour to give it , the reason they say is we don't have knowledge how to take report from the system , our boss is coming to give it, till there boss comes you need to wait, very pathetic service , not at all accepted from a big brand called Lupin . I advise you please hire atleast 1 trained staff in the lab who has knowledge .
