That sounds like a terrible experience! If they used four different brands on your face, that’s definitely unprofessional—there’s no way to know how those products might react together. And if the place was noisy like a playschool, that’s just ridiculous for a salon that’s supposed to be relaxing. Since the owner didn’t care about your complaint, the best way to make an impact is to leave an honest review online. That way, others will know what to expect, and it might push them to improve their service. Did you already pay, or were you able to walk out without giving them your money?

HONEST DETAILED REVIEW. (Refer to Image) *I had shoulder length pre-colored brown hair with three inches of grown black roots and lighter ends.* Went there after checking Google Reviews but sigh, talking about them at the end of this review. 1. They charged ₹3000 for a standard brown hair color on my already pre-colored brown hair of similar shade (in person) but on call we discussed this rate for a different type of hair with something like a balayage. 2. Different person colored hair than who was discussed on the call. 3. Extra dandruff service not provided as promised. 4. Rates not affordable, and not displayed in-store. 5. ₹3000 for standard brown color is not reasonable. Rather do it in a way better and trusted salon for the same rate or much cheaper. 6. Staff pushed for more expensive services and products. 7. Hairdresser not polite and forced her choice of hair color. 8. Hair color not done as requested. 9. Sink and seating for hair-wash not appropriate, neck hurts and scalp touches the sink drainage. 10. High temperature used on hair dryer, and too close to the scalp. Scalp was burning. 11. Heat protectant or some other serum was applied only at the front hair strands. 12. Color uneven, with parts looking highly bleached and poorly toned though no bleach was used. 13. Staff made excuses for poor results, blaming hair damage. 14. Hair poorly colored, with significant damage even on my healthy grown out hair. 15. Staff complained about payment amount still and tried to sell additional services. 16. Forced to record video for social media despite refusing. 17. Asked to review on Google on the spot. ‘Staff’ includes the owner and another lady. ^ Exploited and disappointed with service but hair doesn’t look bad, the lady worked on my hair for a while and owner was sweet? And claimed to use quality products so two stars regardless. Maybe poor work is done so you come and get more of their treatments for the fixing as they mentioned a few customers who constantly come visit for expensive treatments for the hair damage done after services in this salon. Advising all to be cautious and seek trusted services. Most reviews are probably by people who’ve most certainly done basic services, had low expectations, by family/friends, or were asked to give a review on the spot like me. Always find trusted services and stick to them. We all learn!
