1 star rating for the banquet and 5 star rating for the food. Excellent food no doubt all were enjoying and happy about it. However, the hall was not at all ready at the given time all the tables were dirty I had to inform manager about our wedding time and the association one girl she said the guy forgot about to change the decoration. AC was not working in groom and brides room they both were really tired and when we went down to complain about it in the office, in managers room the ac was working and the room was super chilled. This is not a type of service we paid for.

Visited Shehnai Banquet recently for a function and the experience was amazing. The banquet hall was beautifully decorated, spacious, and very well maintained. The lighting, seating arrangement, and overall ambience looked elegant and perfect for weddings, birthdays, and special events. The staff was professional, supportive, and managed everything smoothly. Food service and cleanliness were also impressive. Overall, it is a perfect venue for celebrations and memorable occasions. From the beginning till the end, they made sure everything was well-managed and ran smoothly. They were always ready to help, handled all requests with a smile, and ensured that every guest felt comfortable and welcomed. Absolutely terrible experience! We booked this hall for our family function and it turned out to be a complete nightmare from start to finish. The receptionist, Ms. Ruby, was incredibly egoistic and downright rude. She spoke to us like we were bothering her, showed zero professionalism, and had a nasty attitude the entire time. On top of that, the AC was not working at all — the hall was hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable for our guests in the middle of the event. The bathrooms had horrible leakages, with unhygienic situation. Worst part — there was no manager available on site for any coordination or to handle complaints. We were left stranded with no support while paying a premium for this so-called venue. Complete waste of money and highly unprofessional setup. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs!
