Reception at AmiDrashti could be more courteous. They dont know the billing & pricing clearly. After repeatedly asking to confirm the pricing, she is not confirming the discount amount. On the next day when i went to give urine sample, when enquired where to keep it - the other lady ( not kavita) instead of replying courteously that sir just keep it here, she says wait rudely and doesnt answer for 2 mins. Then i kept it in the tray ( which i knew - just needed the confirmation ) and left anyways. This is with Drs they behaved - i dont know how they behave with others, which can be looked into by management - Customer delight. As a Lab i Trust them blindly

Definitely good service. Prashant Rane helped with advising the correct package after understanding my tests. He was polite and serviced me very well. Lab shared the receipt as well as the reports in timely manner. Thank you
