Pathetic experience at the West Branch. The receptionist was extremely rude for no reason. When asked for fees structure, we were told about the paper pattern and app and services of the app. Cross questioned my parent for no reason at all. The sales executive also cross examined about whether the child is actually studying in the said school and unnecessary ruckus was created just for enquiry. I thought of taking admission looking at the branch and the strength of the branch. But naah… the receptionist is unnecessarily loud, rude and super arrogant. Worst experience ever.
