Some decent people live here, but the committee members and those in power are absolutely terrible. They’ve created a set of made-up rules and fines that are just plain absurd. If you don't follow these self-declared regulations or dare to question them, they’ll slap you with penalties even ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 in some known cases. Basic owner rights are violated openly. Even law enforcement and government officers aren’t spared from their power trip. When we moved in, we realized others had faced the same random fines, restrictions, and humiliation. We’ve lived in multiple buildings before, none of them had this dictatorship-style setup. The security guard behaves like he owns the place, and despite multiple complaints from residents, he remains likely due to internal ties. Overall, a terrible experience. You can live here… if you're ready to lose your peace of mind and be treated like a criminal in your own home.
